Cave registration forms
The basis of the operation of cave registry is the use of standard forms for reporting on discoveries in the caves. There are standardized forms.
A-form – basic form for registrating new cave (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
B-form – additional findings in already known cave (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
C-form – cartographic material (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
D-form – non-standarized material (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
E-form – topographic plan of cave (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
F-form – fotography material (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
G-form – table of measurements meritev (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
H-form – state of cave (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
I-form – equipment in cave (word template, PDF form), instructions (PDF), example of a completed form (PDF)
You can submit filled forms to cave registry:
- classic: You can bring in paper form in two identical copies, in person on cave register during office hours or send by mail.
